It’s easy to believe that the grass is greener on the other side when we feel stuck, frustrated or overwhelmed by life.

Life can present many challenges throughout our journey.  According to Neale Donald Walsch, prayers of thanks giving are so powerful.  A prayer he recommends when you are faced with a problem, “thank you God for helping me to understand that this problem has already been solved for me.”  He adds, soon enough, the solution presents itself, it was always there, and you just need to pay attention to it. He uses the analogy of walking into a library trying to find a book.  “Where’s that book…I know the book is here…where is it.”  Then you turn to your left, and there it is.  It didn’t appear there, it’s been there all along.

Some great quotes by Neale;

“You can do anything you want; nothing’s stopping you, except you yourself.”

“There’s no right way to do anything.  There’s only the way you’re doing it.”

Take the challenge; say one prayer of Gratitude each day for the next 30 days for something you want in your life right now.

One of my favourite authors Wayne Dyer has a new book ‘Wishes Fulfilled.’  Take note of his powerful message……

“I have a quotation on the wall near my bed that’s from a recording Neville made in 1944, which reads: ‘Make your future dream a present fact, by assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled.’ This is what I read and practice each night before I sleep. These are the words that eventually prompted me to write this book. They capture the essential message of this entire book. There is so much wisdom in this idea of assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

Live each day as if that idea you have in your imagination is in fact your reality. In The “I AM” Discourses, Saint Germain repeatedly reminds us that we are the master and have dominion in our lives; once this is part of your awareness, you can access the energy, power, and intelligence of the mighty I am presence, which is your very birthright. This I am presence is always with you.”

We all have experienced periods in our lives when what we desire and who we long to be seems beyond our reach. Oftentimes, in our ordinary daily consciousness, we have accepted whatever life has handed us, doubting that we are able to change our circumstances. In many ways, we’ve been culturally conditioned since birth to believe that we do not possess the wisdom or the ability to manifest our wishes and desires.

The emphasis throughout this book is that manifestation is real, once you make the conscious decision to change your mind about who you are and what is possible for you to achieve within your life. You are invited to open yourself up to a new way of experiencing life by imagining exactly what you would like to manifest for yourself, retraining your subconscious mind, and refusing to allow the outer world to distract you from your intentions.
